While fulfilling our Mission Statement of "Dedicated To the Work of Healing," we pride ourselves in caring for the individuals and communities we serve. Sanford Canby Medical Center, including our Clinic, Hospital, Sylvan Court Nursing Home, Sylvan Place Congregate Living, Dialysis Services, Sylvan House, Rehabilitation Services, and Outreach Clinic, is a recently remodeled healthcare facility offering excellent care by a dedicated staff. You also have to check out our Dental Clinic, Home Health Services, Wellness Center, and Behavioral Health Services located in our newly finished service building.
