Wellness Center BrochureThe Sanford Canby Medical Center Wellness Center strives to improve the health and wellness of our members by taking a holistic approach to their health needs. The Wellness Center addresses the physical, mental, and social aspects of good health through exercise, education, diet, and socialization.
Hours:
The Wellness Center is secured by a swipe card and surveillance system. This allows members to have access to the facility 24-hours per day. Professional staff is available Monday - Friday by appointment for orientation to the center and fitness assessments.

- Step - intense aerobic workout using steps with repetitive moves on and off the step followed by toning exercises and stretch.
- Spinning - indoor cycling/biking class set to music.
- Low-Impact - aerobic workout without harsh movements.
- Combo - moderate/high intensity workout, a combination of aerobics, kick boxing, toning exercises, and stretch.
- Circuit - series of stations where a variety of aerobic and strength exercises take place at timed intervals.
- Sculpt - group resistance training class for strength and toning.
- Pilates - mat work class which focuses on core muscular strength, balance, and posture.
- Kickboxing - simple boxing techniques provide and aerobic and muscular strength workout.
Monthly, six-month, and twelve-month Wellness Center memberships are available in single, couple, and family packages. Ten-visit punch cards or one-day passes are also available to purchase.
